The Program
The SRP is tailored to suit the needs of your company and consists of:
- In person or on-line Strategic Review
- typically delivered by a Marquis Advisory Group partner the review will usually take several sessions over a two to four week period.
- The partner will work with your senior management team and conduct a combination of on-site or on-line review meetings and structured practical workshops which will result in a cohesive and comprehensive business analysis
- Implementation
- a key output of the business strategic review is a detailed, prioritized and achievable implementation plan. Further support is available for companies requiring assistance in implementing their plan
- Performance Review
- at the end of the program, Marquis Advisory Group will measure progress against the plan and identify further actions that could benefit your company in achieving it’s objectives.
